Allotments

The Parish Council owns and manages two allotment sites in the parish. Further details as follows :

Haste Hill Road site

There are a number of vacant plots available. Please contact the clerk for more information [email protected]. Note that our allotments are for residents of Boughton Monchelsea parish only.

A full allotment plot is approx. 25m x 6m and costs £45 per year to lease. A half plot is approx. 12m x 6m and costs £25. The rental year runs from 1st October to 30th September.

All plot holders must comply with the terms and conditions of the below Haste Hill Road site lease agreement.

Langley Park site

There are vacant plots available. Please contact the clerk for further information [email protected]. Note that our allotments are for residents of Boughton Monchelsea parish only.

There are 24 half plots on the site. Each is around 62m2 and costs £25 per year. The rental year runs from 1st June to 31st May.

All plot holders must comply with the terms and conditions of the below Langley Park site lease agreement.
